She´s been great, she promptly showed me what I asked for, she showed me what was available, got the appointments quickly, very efficient in her showings, she had sheets with the information for each property. I enjoyed it. She was never pushy. When I wanted to put an offer she did it right away. It will be late at night and she´ll still be working. She immediately got me an appointment with an inspector who was very professional and whom I was very pleased with. The property I was looking for wasn´t much money and I know they must deal w very high end and expensive properties and yet I feel she treated me as well as she would someone buying a six figure property. I actually have a friend who is a realtor and I am so glad I got Joyce, I was lucky. It´s no wonder she´s been doing it for 30 yrs. I will definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy.
